With almost 9 years of pilates teaching experience, I am pre-natal and post-natally trained with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to working with numerous people with a variety of conditions that may limit their ability.

Pilates can be adapted for almost anyone and it goes without saying, that movement is essential for our overall wellbeing.

My love for Pilates started 8 years ago, I was attending a local class and enjoyed it so much that I declared to myself that one day I would teach Pilates.

In 2016 I started my journey to becoming a Pilates instructor, I was teaching classes at the same place that I used to attend.

Fast forward to 2024, I am now teaching online and face to face sessions at various venues.

Over the years, I have often been asked about the differences between Pilates and Yoga. It is a regular mistake that gets made, although they have some similarities they are different.
