What is the difference between Pilates & Yoga?
I am often in a position where people compare yoga and pilates and have more often than not, referred to me as a yoga instructor.
I wanted to clear this up for you and give you a better idea of the differences as well as the similarities.

At the end of the day, they are both beneficial to our bodies and can be a great practice to help keep us fit and mobile well into our lives.
