About For A Better You

My name is Charlotte and I am a Pilates and Pelvic Floor coach as well as a Biomechanics coach, altogether they make For A Better You which is my brand.

 

I have been teaching Pilates for over 8 years now, my  sessions work with you to help improve your posture, body awareness and core strength. Great if you suffer from back pain, sit for long periods of time or are recovering from an injury.
Pilates is adaptable which can ensure that it meets your individual needs. I host online and face to face classes as a group and on a one to one basis.

 

Pelvic floor health came to me as a mum of 2 when I was dealing with my own incontinence issues.
My passion for pelvic floor health stems from my own experience and being able to resonate on a personal level.
I have been educating women about pelvic floor health for over 4 years now through my group sessions and on a one to one basis. Course options include online sessions as well as pre-recorded.

 

My mission is to empower women to regain confidence in their pelvic floor.

I also want to help get rid of the taboo around incontinence and give women the confidence to speak up 

As a Biomechanics coach, I look at intrinsic movement and how muscle tightness or spasm could be affecting the quality of how you move.
So if you are a runner, hiker, sports person or just want to move better, I can help you free up any restrictions that you may be facing.
